- Website Maintenance service yearly are suitable for SME Business / Organization for those who prefer to outsource their website security update and also plugin update on the website.
- Under this yearly maintenance, we include:
- WordPress version upgrade for every 3 months. (If the upgrade is very critical, we will upgrade it anytime)
- Plugin version upgrade for every 3 months. (If the upgrade is very critical, we will upgrade it anytime)
- Weekly backup. Weekly data backup will be done on every Sunday early morning. Backup data will stored at the server.
- Technical assistance. If user need help on how to update the website content, we will share with them on the steps.
- Any Server technical assistance.
- Minor CSS tuning for new updated data.
- Minor touch up on the photos.
- Any works that do not require more than 15 minutes. (update content, insert picture and etc)
- Bug fixes.
- Yearly Pentest fixes.
- Technical Consultation.
- Server optimization for speed.
- Under this yearly maintenance, we will not include:
- Graphic Design, Banner design, license photo.
- Contents write up, translation
- Additional features / functions
